His areas of expertise include U.S. GAAP, external and internal audits, financial statement preparation, management reporting, financial modeling, projections, nonprofit accounting, budgeting and variance analysis, . Umair also has extensive experience implementing ERP systems and developing company policies and internal procedures. He has worked hands-on with leading platforms such as Oracle, SAP, QuickBooks, Microsoft Great Plains, and Dynamics, and has collaborated closely with Big Four audit firms on complex reporting and analytical engagements.
Zunera is the Managing Partner of UAK CPA and brings over 10 years of experience in accounting and auditing. She began her career with global public accounting firms like EY and KPMG before transitioning into industry roles, where she developed deep, hands-on expertise across a broad range of accounting and finance functions.
Her core areas of specialization include Federal and state tax filing of individuals and Busineses, financial bookkeeping, financial analysis, budgeting and forecasting, and the execution of both external and internal audits. Zunera has extensive experience working with enterprise and mid-market accounting systems, including SAP and Oracle, as well as platforms such as QuickBooks, Sage, and Xero. She has served clients across multiple industries, including manufacturing, oil and gas, healthcare, hospitality, government, and nonprofit organizations. Her strong command of accounting systems and internal controls enables the firm to consistently deliver accurate, reliable, and high-quality financial services.
